This tour is designed for the skier who has no experience or very little skiing off the groomed snow. This tour allows you to venture into the un-groomed snow with confidence as our world class instructor-guides introduce you to powder skiing step by step within your limits to have an exciting and new ski experience without feeling in over your head.
Day 1
Arrive into Santiago. Meet your guides and fellow skiers/riders over a traditional Chilean lunch. Then it’s off to explore Santiago with all its history and wonder. Free night to rest up for the first ski day.
Day 2-4
3 days skiing at the modern resorts of El Colorado, Valle Nevado and La Parva at over an altitude of 12,000 ft discovering the unique and abundant dry Andean snow on vast treeless terrain. These three resorts make up the “3 Valleys” of South America. Evenings in Santiago with wine tasting & dining at some of the finest restuarants in the modern area of El Golf, known as “Sanhatten”, the Manhatten of Chile. Opportunity to visit a salsa dance club.
Day 5
A well earned rest day as you travel south into volcano country. Your first stop will be a visit to the beautiful Miguel Torres Vineyard for a tour & wine tasting followed by a fabulous four course lunch with 4 matched wine pairings at their renowned vineyard restaurant – a tour favorite and the distinct possibility of some dancing in the van…and then arriving at Nevados de Chillan.
Day 6-9
4 days skiing at Nevados de Chillan, the largest single ski area in South America boasting 10,000 skiable acres. You will be skiing on the live double coned Chillan Volcano with its spectacular terrain including the longest run and longest chair in South America! Enjoy natural thermal pools in the evenings and dinner at personally selected restuarants throughout the valley. On our last day we travel back to Santiago after skiing.
Day 10
Option to cat ski at Ski Arpa and experience 3000 vertical ft per run starting at 12500 ft of altitude, for those who are deemed strong enough. Or join your instructor-guide at La Parva or Valle Nevado for a final day of skiing the famous dry Andean snow. Wrap up dinner and party in Santiago with some more salsa!
Day 11
Transfers to airport for your flight home.

T2: Discover Chile for Snowboarders

This tour is designed for both skiers and snowboarders. It is for both those with no experience on ungroomed snow to those who are experienced fresh snow skiers and snowboarders who want to improve. We will ski terrain and snow that offers the appropriate challenge and opportunities for both levels to improve their off-piste skiing. We will introduce you to powder or if experienced, challenge you and take you to the best spots.
We will have both a snowboard instructor-guide as well as a ski instructor-guide to cater to the specific on-snow needs of both disciplines which allows everyone to get the most out of their Chilean experience as often between couples or friends someone is a skier and the other a snowboarder.
Day 1
Arrive into Santiago. Meet your guides and fellow skiers/riders over a traditional Chilean lunch. Then it’s off to explore Santiago with all its history and wonder. Free night to rest up for the first ski day.
Day 2-4

Day 5-6
2 days skiing/riding at the famous Portillo Ski Resort in the heart of the high Andes. Return both evenings to the traditional mountain town of Los Andes and experience true Chilean cuisine including a traditional Chilean asado (barbeque).
Day 7
Well earned rest day as you travel south through the fertile Central Valley with its vineyards and orchards, and into volcano country. Enjoy a hearty traditional Chilean Lunch. Visit the famous and colourful living market of Chillan. Arrive at Nevados de Chillan.
Day 8-11
4 days skiing/riding at Nevados de Chillan, the largest single ski area in South America boasting upwards of 10,000 skiable acres. Enjoy natural thermal pools in evenings, dinner at various restaurants.
Day 12
Travel day to Santiago visiting the world renowned Miguel Torres Vineyard for a tour & wine tasting followed by their fabulous four course lunch with matched wine pairings. Return to Santiago.
Day 13

2 days skiing/riding the magical and untouched resort of Corralco, located on Volcan Lonquimay where you will likely be the only ones on the hill! One chair and 3000 acres ungroomed! An incredible ski and snowboard opportunity.
Day 8
Travel day to Nevados de Chillan. En route visit the famous waterfalls Lajas de Saltos and Chile’s most traditional & colorful market in the busseling city of Chillan.
Day 9-12
3-1/2 days skiing and riding at Nevados de Chillan, the largest single ski area in South America located on the stunning Chillan Volcano boasting upwards of 10,000 skiable acres. With huge terrain and few people,you will ski/ride more inbounds fresh tracks than you thought possible.
Day 12
Ski/ride half day at Nevados de Chillan. Say your god byes to a most memorable ski area and then travel to Santiago to prepare for a cat ski adventure unlike anything you have known.
